All right, what the hell is going on here? I assume this is some sort of communication device, certainly seems to act like one.

There's another city that also requires medical help, Dissimulo. [Well, there is a doctor there, but Kresnik would rather avoid him at all costs.]

Wish I could be in two places in once, mate, I've do, but that never seems to work out.

If I find this place either doesn't have that many people or doesn't need that much help, maybe I'll go to this other place.

Dissimulo can be reached through the subway, although there are monsters wandering down there.

Monsters...I'm not scared of monsters.

I have a gun. And a chemical spray that might hurt someone's eyes, but, that's probably it if it's not a Weevil.

Yes, the doctors that were operating the hospital moved to different locations.
