All right, for those of you who might not know, I've re-opened the medical facilities here in Discedo.

For the most part, everything works well enough, I just hope none of you need open heart surgery, cause if that's the case, sorry, you're out of luck.

Not to mention, I'd need at least six other people with me to do that...

Anyway, this is just a general notice that if you need medical care or any kind beyond the open-heart surgery kind, it's available to you.

Friend of mine. See, he's kind of pissed off that a stupid chip of all things is what restricting his powers. He'll probably want it out when he finds out you can remove it for him- since hacking it out himself probably wouldn't work.

Ah, yeah, that doesn't tend to work too well; I don't recommend it.

Besides, that's got to hurt like a bitch. Might want to mention it sooner rather than later in case this friend of yours gets impatient and is the type to do something stupid.

We can tolerate a lot of pain, but it doesn't help if it still kills us.

Don't worry though. He may be impatient, but he isn't stupid. I'm just warning you he'll be in a bad mood.

I'm a doctor, most of the time I see people on the worst days of their lives. A patient's 'bad mood' has never been a big deal.
